• Office hours: Mondays 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 
• Fitness room hours 4am – 11pm. 
• Pool Dates and Hours: Memorial Day – Labor Day 6:30am - 9:00pm  
• Board of Directors Meeting: 4^th Monday of the month  at 7pm

Assessments:   Monthly assessments cover use of the fitness room, pool, and playground, common property upkeep and maintenance. Monthly assessment payments are due on the 1st of the month and can be paid annually and quarterly by mail or monthly by auto debit (contact Property Manager to be set up for monthly auto debit).   A $25 late fee is assessed if your payment is not received by the 15th of the month. 

Important:   A copy of the Rules & Regulations, Declaration and By-Laws can be found under Forms and Documents. You can also find the Architectural Improvement Request Form there. This form must be submitted and approved by the Board before you make any changes to the exterior of your home or property. If you have questions about any changes that you may be considering, you are urged to attend the Board meeting.
