Current Happenings

New Board Members - Congratulations to the newly elected Board Members who will serve a two-year term commencing on Janaury 1, 2025: Lisa Grove, Tim Kalcevic and Adam Werth.
Employment Opportunity - the FRHOA Board of Directors is searching for a Property Manager. Contact the office at 847-816-8447 to inquire about the position.
Snow Plowing - J. Brick was selected to plow driveways again this season for homes in the Greens section. The service runs from November 1st through April 30th. You are responsible for the areas near your garage door and your walkways.
Tree Maintenance - Woody's Tree Service will be on-site on Monday, 12/16 and Tuesday, 12/17 perfomong Buckthorn removal and tree trimming on Common Areas. This may require the vendor to access areas through homeowners property. Any damage to lawns caused by the vendor will be repaired.
Monthly Meeting Agendas - Agendas will be posted on this website and on the Community Board outside of the Clubhouse approximately 4 days prior to each monthly meeting.

Reminders:

Nearly all exterior improvements need Board review and approval prior to starting the project. Check the Rules & Regulations or contact the Property Manager for clarification.
All homeowners are required to maintain their property to include regular tree/bush/grass trimming, powerwashing siding, sealcoating driveways, storage of trach cans, and general upkeep of the exterior of their home.
